As part of this partnership, Pell Frischmann’s Senior Recruitment Manager will be delivering training tailored for Young Mambos staff, enhancing their ability to deliver high-quality, practical support to young people entering the job market.
A key focus of the training will be helping staff learn how to conduct effective mock interviews, including advising on the types of questions employers typically ask and what kinds of responses demonstrate clarity, confidence, and suitability for the role. Pell Frischmann will also be delivering impactful CV advice, covering how to structure a strong CV which is tailored to specific roles, and highlight key skills and experiences that employers look for.
